About this house rental
Parkview Beach Cottage is located directly across the street from the beautiful beach and marina park in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. The park offers kayak and other boat rentals, tours, a music stage with weekly performances, boat launch, children's playground, sand beach, swimming pier and dock. Watch the boats move into and out of the marina from the house. This unit sleeps 4 and can be rented with the upper unit VRBO#1218114 which has the same floor plan but sleeps 6 for a total of 10 people. You can look up the other unit on VRBO also.
This house offers two separate two bedroom, 1 bath apartments with each unit having its own kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and deck. Rent one or both floors. The first floor is furnished to sleep 4 people and the upper furnished to sleep 6 people for a total accommodation of 10 people. This listing is just for the first floor unit.
The rates vary depending upon time of year and number of guests.
The house comes completely furnished with separate kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room with decks and deck furniture facing toward the water. There are full appliance packages with each having a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothes washer and dryer. WIFI, Cable TV, Central Air and heat parking are all included. The house has hardwood floors with area rugs throughout the house. The linens ( WITH BEDS MADE); hand, bath and dish towels; soap; grill; dishes; pots and pans; silverware and utensils are all furnished.
The house has beautiful views of the park, beach and stage. It is located 1 block to the downtown and within easy walking distance to the library, restaurants, children's play area, boat and tour rentals, bowling alley boat launce and other village amenities. The yard has been designated s a Monarch Butterfly Way Station by Monarch.org.
The two units can be rented together by the week if both units are available or separately. In the prime season we only rent by the week with Saturday 4pm check in to the following Saturday with check out at 10AM. One unit is available to rent in the winter months. We are a SMOKE FREE environment and sorry we cannot accommodate your pets. We have many people stay here that have allergies because of the hard wood floors we have no carpet mites. We also heat the premises all winter so we do not have the musty smell that other cottages get when closed during the winter.

When we were done with our stay, one of my friends said our host could not have made this feel more like home, and I couldn’t agree more. Our host literally thought of every detail in this beautifully decorated cottage in a perfect location. Our host was very accommodating and so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, including giving us history of the area, and some great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. I wish I could give our host more than five stars because he deserves that. Definitely plan to recommend and return.
