About this house rental
Unit #3 is located on the second floor of the newly constructed Mill Road Place is in heart of downtown Sister Bay located a half a block up mill from Bayshore Drive. More information and pictures coming soon. The units will have LVP flooring, tiled showers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shiplap in bedrooms, fireplace, 55′ TV, 40′ TV’s in bedrooms, patio with table and chairs, bike rack, and propane grill.
*Turnover day is Friday during the peak season*
** No Camper or Boat parking at any time. Contact the local township for information on public overnight parking **
** Parking of up to one vehicle at all times, including any visitors.**

Beds and bed frames in unit #3 are terrible and should be replaced. No “Parking Permit” to put in your car like the book says. I left a message about this with the property manager upon arrival and never heard back from anyone. Otherwise, the place is great.

Great location and home. One small but important improvement needed. The bed is just awful. Uncomfortable, creaky, needs to be upleveled. 2-star bed in a 5-star property.

The floors had not been swept. Found stuff on floors throughout including Chex mix and a dried warm in the bedroom closet. We cleaned up as best possible. The towels had an odd odor no matter how much we washed them - even used the vinegar to no avail. Otherwise a great stay. We have stayed here 6 or 7 times now so pretty much love this place as if our own. Thank you Cathy
