5225 Collins Ave. Directly on beach---$30.00 a day extra for valet parking paid to hotel----Administrative Fees in amount of 3% will be added after your booking ..... 2 full modern bedroom, all ceramic marble floors, all rooms have reccessed spot lights, freshly painted walls, fully ceramic bath room tile and glass shower doors, with walk in showers, and modern sprays and power showers. 2 fully modern bathrooms with off floor vanities, modern make up lights ect. fully updated kitchen with new appliances. 2 central air conditions, modern lining room with direct access to balcony. NOTE; Remodernazation in progress for exterior upper deck pool and a new garden terrace (see photo in photo folder display 90% completed--no noise at all)

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy and quiet condo. My son-in-law was able to do his remote work on the extra table in the bedroom.
The full kitchen was great even though we did not do any cooking.
We sampled all kinds of food in Miami. The big refrigerator kept our water cool and we used the microwave to warm up our takeouts. I highly recommend this place.

5 STARS!! - Our vacation experience could not have been better and a large part of it was due to this condo. This condo was an outstanding value in several areas: 1) Location : What's true in real estate is true with vacation rentals, location is paramount. This condo is located in the heart of Miami Beach and offers close proximity to everything important. It sits on the beach, so beach access is no problem; but it's also close to all the great restaurants, shopping, and highways that you would want to access during your vacation. 2) The Condo : The Condo itself feels new and comfortable. The refrigerator, stove, and microwave coupled with plenty of counter space allowed us to cook our own meals which saved us a bundle on food. Also, the ocean view from the balcony is outstanding. I took a snapshot and now use it as my computer wallpaper. 3) Amenities : This condo offers two pools (one of which is heated), a pool bar, sauna/gym/Jacuzzi, and much more. The owner was very helpful and friendly & called us if we needed anything. A true host., We would definitely come again.
