Amazing condo and host!

OMG!!! I had the absolute best time staying at this location and the host was simply AMAZING!! She made sure that I had all that was needed to make this condo my home away from home. She checked on me and answered all questions that I had. The condo is lovely and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There is assigned parking that made it easy to get in and out. For those who work remote, there is a small office space that provides privacy for meetings. And there is a Tiki Bar that has really REALLY good food!! The staff there are outstanding, they will deliver your food to your condo or to the beach. They truly make you feel like family when you spend time with them. I spend a lot of time in Miami and hands down; this was the best experience I have had. The neighbors are super friendly. There is a really nice gym and a small store that proved to be helpful a few times during my stay. Lastly, for the sunrise lovers, this unit has an amazing view of the sunrise on the Atlantic. Condo is in a great location walk everywhere on Collins Ave. Very clean, great supplies of extra towels, beach towels etc. Great gym, beach w/ chairs umbrellas etc. We knew the pool was being replaced and not available when we booked, they were working on it each weekday. Mariella was a great host we would definitely go back!

We recently stayed at Mariella's property in Miami Beach (07 Dec to 02 Jan). There were no surprises and everything was as pictured/promised. Mariella is very responsive and all of our correspondence was quick and pleasant. Whether we needed information about the building or help with a package we were waiting to be delivered, we never waited more than a few moments for a response. The view when you walk through the door and from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo was clean, there were plenty of fresh linens and everything was ready on time prior to our arrival. No need for anyone to come back or for us to wait around. There is plenty of closet/drawer space in the condo and the beds in each bedroom were comfortable. The furniture in the living, dining room and balcony was all in good shape and there beach chairs available for each of us in the hall closet. The kitchen cupboards can use an update, but the appliances are great and had plenty of silverware, china and pots/pans and the bathrooms had basic toiletries to get us started. The building location is great. Short commute to South Beach on the trolley, great access to the boardwalk and the valet of the building really is helpful when needed. The building is safe/secure as can be expected and has a very reasonably-priced convenience store, ATM and hairdresser on premises. The lobby is recently renovated and the other amenities like the gym are in very good order. The pool is fantastic, the change rooms next to it are also recently renovated and the Tiki Bar by the pool is also very reasonably priced. The pool-side and beachfront staff are very attentive ensuring you always have somewhere to sit or an umbrella if you need it (small tips are welcome). The beach access is great and the beach itself is top notch. The elevators (three in total on this side of the building) we found to be very speedy and not too much congestion in other common areas like the laundry rooms. The parking spot and access to the garage were also quite easy to make use of. Great property, great owner and great vacation.
