Sunny holiday home on Ischia Island, in the stunning Gulf of Naples. The holiday home is divided into three attractive apartments of which you'll stay in the the ground floor apartment (40m2). Surrounded by lush chestnut trees and vines with perfumed gardens laden with flowers. There are large terraces for pleasant, relaxing moments and open-air dining surrounded by nature and the breathtaking beauty of Ischia. Guests have use of the ping-pong table, swing and other leisure equipment. Children are made to feel right at home!The house is 600 m from the sea (as the crow flies), 3 km from the enchanting Maronti bay (famous for its fumaroles), Cavascura spa, and Olmitello and Nitrodi springs, renowned for their healing properties. The house is approximately 500 m from the town centre, with a bus stop providing frequent bus links to the most enchanting spots on the island: captivating Maronti bay, Sant' Angelo, the Aragonese castle, San Montano, San Francesco and Citara bays and one of the most famous parks and spa resorts in the world: the Poseidon Gardens. There are many hillside and woodland walks to enjoy on the island (guided routes). Make the most of verdant Ischia, often referred to as the Green Island. And lets not forget the convenient boat links with Capri, Naples and the Amalfi coast.

Un' ottima soluzione abitativa, pulita, piccolina ma con tutte le comodità e grande sfogo esterno.
La strada per arrivarci e' un pò stretta ma ci si adatta velocemente anche con una vettura medio grande.
La posizione e' strategica, relativamente vicina a Ischia centro e alla splendida spiaggia di Maronti.
E' la prima volta che venivamo ad Ischia, l' isola è da girare tutta, bellissima oltre ogni aspettativa.
Riguardo al terremoto, abbiamo deciso di rimanere anche dopo la scossa, tg e quotidiani hanno gonfiato il problema in modo totalmente irresponsabile, la notte stessa e mattina seguente sono fuggiti un po' di psicolabili poi e' tutto rientrato alla normalita'.
Tornando alla casa ci teniamo a ringraziare D' Ambra, il gentilissimo proprietario ma soprattutto la sua consorte; la signora ci ha accolto come dei figli, è sempre stata premurosa in ogni suo gesto, ci donava marmellate, limoncelli, un coniglio cucinato meravigliosamente.
Sempre colma di attenzioni, quando ci siamo congedati si è quasi commossa.
Rimarrà sempre nei nostri cuori oltre a tutto il resto.
Casa consigliatissima.

Wir hatten uns für diesen Urlaub Ruhe, kein großes Schicki Micki und drei Wochen Ischia gewünscht. Die Ruheoase haben wir bei der Familie D'Ambra gefunden. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Wohnung ist schlicht, erfüllt aber praktikabel ihren Zweck für einen Urlaub, der Gott sei Dank vorwiegend draußen stattfindet. Wir lieben die italienische Küche, aber uns war es auch wichtig selbst zu kochen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Kochen mit Gas. Die Wohnung ist auch in den Sommermonaten angenehm temperiert. Bei 21 Nächten kam es uns auf gute Betten an. die Matratzen sind perfekt. Die Terasse ist groß und mit Liegen ausgestattet. Hier könnte man es gut aushalten, vor allem beim Frühstück, wenn man vom Hausherren mit einem Buon giorno begrüßt und mit eigenen Zitronen versorgt wurde.
Der Pool und die Außendusche sorgen für die kleine Erfrischung zwischendurch.
Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Ortskern Valotiere entfernt, wo es eine Busanbindung z.B. zum Spiaggio del Maronti oder in die andere Richtung nach Ischia Porto gibt. Wir waren zwar mit dem Auto vor Ort, doch das haben wir drei Wochen klugerweise am Haus stehen lassen.
Also, insgesamt ein erholsamer und erlebnisreicher Urlaub. Sehr empfehlenswert!

L'alloggio è situato effettivamente in una zona tranquilla e riposante. Raggiungibile in auto attraverso un stradina così caratteristica da favorire la percorrenza a piedi anche per la frescura soprattutto in ore mattutine. Ottima è la posizione per la vicinanza (5 minuti di auto o di pullman) dalla bellissima spiaggia dei Maronti e dal Carrefour aperto 24h. Il soggiorno è piacevole anche per l'accoglienza ospitale e gentile dei proprietari che mettono a disposizione attrezzature di cui gode la casa (piscina, tavolo ping pong, lettini disposti su ampio prato) oltre ad offrirci dei limoni, fichi della propria terra e del buon coniglio da lui cucinato. L'alloggio è gradevole, pulito ed accogliente.
