Gianni is great Host. A honest and good guy. The house is spacious, two big size bedrooms with each a smart tv. living/cooking area is spacious. big tv and good size kitchen. bathroom is fine. the surrounding area is fine.
The day we arrived and were in the house for two hours we heard the sound of drilling and demolition noises. we found out that they were renovating the house on top of us. that was a big dissapointment to say the least. we managed, with the host, to start the drilling after 10:00. you can imagine that if you are on a holiday, this is the last thing that you want. is it the fault of the Host? No, but it effected our Holiday in a negative way. in my opinion, these kind of works can not be done during the high season. this has to be agreed on with the other property owners.
Other small things: refrigerator has some black mould on the sides of the magnet strip. maybe some lighting by the stairs in the building. maybe some better knife and forks etc. are fragile
