BIG FLAT in BATUMI

Просторная, красивая, уютная. В квартире целых три спальных комнаты и большая гостиная. В шаговой доступности множество магазинов и кафе. До моря 5 минут. А огромный балкон с видом на море - это особенная любовь. Обязательно приедем ещё!

Zuri is a perfect host. The interior of the property was very new and well decorated. It was also comfortable and the location is just across the beach. It is also close to 2 beautiful restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like about this property is that the exterior structure of the building looks very old and run down.

It's a big, bright, clean, beautiful, modern apartment on the top floor of a 7-story building. Every conceivable amenity is available. Kitchen, microwave, washing machine, Wi-Fi. The living room has a big balcony from which you can see the sea on the left and the mountains to the right. Even the two bedrooms each have a little balcony. I liked this apartment and I got a good deal on it. It's a few minutes walk to the sea and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There's a market right on the ground floor.

Right across the street, Orbi is building a huge, 55-story apartment building and they make a lot of noise and sitting on the balcony is not all that pleasant. Luckily, the windows are insulating well and if all are closed, it's relatively quiet inside.
