Location of the accommodation is perfect.
Breakfast was ordered to the room and was good.
The price of the accommodation was affordable.
The private room in Orbi City was booked for three adults, but upon arrival, the first room was unclean and the bedsheets were dirty. Furthermore, the sheets and towels for the third person were missing completely. We arrived late at night, at which point nothing could be done to fix the situation.
Switching rooms later on proved to be extremely difficult, and the staff showed absolutely no understanding or empathy toward our situation. The maintenance, rental management, and administration of these private rooms is highly unprofessional.
