The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Really made you feel welcomed. The facility was clean and safe.
The shower overflowed because it was blocked. The TV needed a bit of effort to get it working.

This B&B is located in an unexceptional town on the edge of the Drakensberg region. The room was in an annex and was comfortable, albeit slightly on the cold side in winter. It had a small kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was lovely and in a lovely room in the old house. The hosts were kind an helpful in providing tips for the day's activities. The recommendations for dinner restaurants were good.
The room has a dated feel in terms of its finish and furnishings. The TV remote did not work, likely needing new batteries. There is not a great selection of restaurants an cafes in Lydensburg.

the room was clean.
the old lady that welcomed us in the evening seemed really tired n finding that she was the one serving us breakfast in the morning kinda made me sad.. the Dstv wasn’t working
