Apartment in Anatoli with swiming pool on the roof in between olive and pine trees with view of the Lybian sea. The apartment is 40 m2 and its on a private area 1500 m2 with 1000 m2 yards and gardens.

This is a NEW 40 m2 apartment, build in winter of 2015, is located in the very peaceful and beautiful village of Anatoli (literally meaning Sunrise). It is fully equipped and has exclusive access to 400 m2 private yard with POOL, Hydromassage, BBQ, swings and sunbeds. The apartment was created to provide high quality vacations. On the inside the apartment was build with the newest and most modern materials and on the outside we used materials of the area to match the natural environment of the area. The apartment was build in a plot of 1.500 m2, it is at the far end of the village and the next house is at 100 m.

Fully operational from April to October, this isolated apartment has an outstanding view of Lybian sea, Chrysi island and ierapetra from the southeast, watching north and west you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and a small church at the top of a peek that you can go using a path right next to the apartment.

-TOTALLY ISOLATED perfect for quiet vacation if you don't want to be disturbed.

-The PRIVATE POOL is on the terrace of the apartment and it has a breathtaking 360o view of the Lybian sea and Chrysi island and the mountains. It also has 3 sunbeds for suntanning and a shower. The pool is perfect for day and night combined with a cool cocktail or a traditional Raki and greek finger foods. Also we provide towels for the pool and for the beach if you want to go.

-Exclusive use of 400 m2, 2 swings and 1 hammock under the shadow of a 400 years old porcupine tree making it perfect for relaxation combine with the quietness of the territory. Also it is imaginary at night if you love to stargazing with the lack of light pollution. The Yard is equipped with a BBQ for meat lovers and we have 4 tables and a lot of chairs so you can chose wherever you want to eat depending on the position of the sun (if you want sun or the cool of the porcupine's shadow).

-The apartment is 40 m2 and it is a united space with a closet seperating the double bed with the kitchen and the couch wich can become double bed. PERFECT FOR 2 KIDS but can sleep 2 adults too.


-The view from the double bed is remarkable watching every peek of the surrounding mountains at a 15 km radius. We provide a set of linen and sheets and one spare.

-The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or making your morning or evening coffee and making a breakfast. The view from the window of the kitchen is outstanding looking at olive trees and at lybian sea and Chrysi island. We have everything you need from pots and pans and crockery to spices and coffees. To help you make your breakfast and coffee we have equipped the kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need.
P.S. No need for you to buy bottled water, the water is drinkable and is coming from fountains from the peeks of the mountains.

-A luxury bathroom with amazing design and fully equipped with washing machine and we provide you with one towel and one replace for each person. We also provide shampoo SYOSS, soap, toilet papers and a hairdresser. We also have a washing machine and detergents that you can use anytime you want. The apartment has 24 hours hot water.

Guests have access to all households appliances, equipment, amenities and facilities.

-The village Anatoli has a groceries store and a traditional tavern at walking distance

-The POOL will be AVAILABLE from the start of April until the fall of Octomber.

-If you book more that 1 week you will have a free change of sheets and towels.

Anatoli is just 14 km from Ierapetra, 32 km from Agios Nikolaos and 100 km from Irakleio. The altitude of the village is 650 meters and it has a view at Lybian sea. The beach is 10 km far from Anatoli.
The village is a traditional picturesque village of Crete, peaceful and beautiful perfect for relaxation and for seeing the tradition of this beautiful island.
At the village there is a mini market and a traditional tavern that is open the whole year. There are also 3 hiking paths starting from the village that you can see and enjoy the landscape.
Also in Ierapetra you can find everything that a city offers (bars, restaurants, cafeterias etc.) and you can take the boat to Chrisi island.
