Very quiet location, but still accessible to a main road with lots of places to eat and shop. Staff were so friendly, especially Ting who helped me with booking my day trips at the last minute. Free laundry was great as well. For the price it was exceptional value. Stairs only, but I was on the 2nd floor so this wasn’t an issue.
Communication via booking.com was sometimes slow, other times it was quick.

A fantastic location with very friendly owners who spoke great English and were more than happy to help with onward travel plans and were a great source of information about the mountain and marked out the best routes for us on the map.
Everything was perfect

Fantastic accomodation - can’t recommend enough! The guesthouse is in a great area off of the main road in Wulingyuan which has lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The accomodation was clean and the rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfy, the air con excellent and the shower pressure great. There is also free cold water and free laundry! The highlight of this property is the owner who is so welcoming and helpful when navigating the national park. He was very accomodating.
Nothing :)

This was one of the best places I ever stayed. The rooms are huge and the location is just perfect for your stay to go to the national park. Also the host is just the best person. He will help you with anything you need
