Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning
bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park )
& Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal
free water bottles everyday
- front desk are very polite and helpful

The hotel is in a nice position along the river and the staff is very helpful, offering to plan your day and buy tickets on your behalf. The structure is quite run down, is clear that it used to be a very nice hotel but is now falling into disrepair, a shame as it has very good potential

I really enjoyed my stay there.
The owner and his brother were extremely helpful. They provided all information needed to have a good time in Zhangjiajie.

Conveniently located in the heart of Wulingyuan. A 10-15 minute walk to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park.
We stayed for 3 nights and checked out on 6th August 26. The stay was very comfortable and our room was very spacious.
The lady on the front desk is the most helpful person I think I've ever come across. She helps with everything with regards bookings at the National Park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain. She does it all with a smile too. I just want to say a massive thank you to you!
The hotel is sat on the river and at night, when the town lights up, it's a cool place to be.
Thank you for our amazing stay, we'll definitely be back.
