There were plenty of shops and cafes etc nearby. The train station is easily walkable from the room to access all parts of Bangkok easily (around 30-40 minutes to most central locations). The room is spacious but simple. The hallways are kept very clean. We liked that there was a fridge and microwave so we were able to make ourselves breakfast etc.
Some furniture in the room could do with an update. The process to collect the keys was a little strange - you need to meet someone on a little table outside in the car park to pay your cash deposit and wait for your passports to be scanned. The entrance whilst we were there was difficult to navigate as there were building works.

Perfect place. Clean, comfortable and modern in a cool little neighborhood, great restaurants and coffee shops and several bars. Easy walk to the BTS.
