I booked a month and really enjoyed my stay!
+loved how quiet and peaceful it was
+spotlessly clean, and appreciated host’s offer of complimentary weekly cleanings for my monthlong stay
+gym and pool were nice and never busy
+7-11 at the end of the street was extremely convenient
+the washing machine was wonderful and my clothes dried incredibly quickly on the balcony
+loved the location which was a 10ish minute walk from the Punnawithi BTS station, or a quick moto taxi ride to the center
-need lamps and better lighting. Only overhead lighting made it feel quite clinical
-I personally didn’t love the lack of natural light (unit is north facing, and faces another building just a few feet away) HOWEVER this probably helped keep it much cooler during the day

Everything about this property was a treat and thoroughly thought out for the best accommodation. I almost want to gatekeep.
Loved everything. Something worth noting is that you are slightly outside of the main city area but BTS and bikes are always available
