In the centre of Braunton close to all amenities, this modern 3 bed house with unlimited wifi is perfect for families/friends wanting to surf, hike or explore this stunning coastline. All modern amenities including Wifi, TV with freeview, Wii games console and games, DVD player.

Sadly due to covid only one of our party of 5 stayed in the house but the relief of arriving after an 8.5 hour drive into a lovely welcoming home environment was bliss. Only a very short stay in the end but great.

We booked this property as my husband and I were going to a wedding at Ash Barton Estate which was a very quick drive away. My mother in law and partner stayed with us to babysit whilst we were at wedding. This property made it easy with the additional bathroom/ toilet to allow us room to get ready for the wedding. It was great to see small additional touches, such as a couple of puzzles my 4 year old loved having a go as soon as we arrived, he even had a go at monopoly. Having the cot ready for us was helpful too. It was great having so many amenities close by. The property was clean, well presented and the host very helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended!

Stayed in this warm well furnished bright centrally located house to attend wedding at Ash Barton. Ticked all the boxes. Well equipped dining kitchen, comfy living room, comfy beds and bedrooms good size for modern house .. though there were only four of us. Maybe feel less.spacious if 6 adults staying.
Managed to do both coastal walks that info was provided for..thanks for that.
Would recommend.
