Spend your holidays in Carihuela Park Palace, a tourist complex with all the comforts: swimming pools, beautiful gardens, play areas, animations and even a supermarket.
The apartment is sunny, facing south towards the gardens of the Carihuela Palace and the quietest pool in the complex. Completely renovated this summer, the apartment is charming, practical, well organized, you will find everything you need for your holidays.
It has a total area of more than 35m2, including:
- balcony, with extendable clothesline, table and chairs.
- fully equipped kitchen (new four-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, oven and a variety of utensils).
- main room: sofa, table and three chairs, flat screen TV with international channels, air conditioning.
- bedroom: brand new bed of 1.50 m., built-in wardrobe.
- bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and sink.
It is included in the price (without supplement): Linens (sheets and bath and beach towels), use of air conditioning and internet access. You will also find a beach umbrella and board games at your disposal.

Lovely clean modern apartment in a great location near to shops restaurants and beach. The owner was a joy and couldn’t do enough for us. We were extremely happy with the place.
