About this apartment rental
The apartment is sunny, facing south towards the gardens of the Carihuela Palace and the main pool of the complex. Coquettish, practical, well organized, you will find everything you need for your vacation.
It has a total area of more than 35m2, including:
- balcony of more than 7m2, with awning for the sun and protection against the wind, as well as folding clothesline, table and chairs.
- fully equipped kitchen corner (ceramic hob, combi refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and utensils).
- master bedroom with double bed, two single sofas, table, tv, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wifi.
- bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, water and washing machine.
It is included in the price (without supplement): Linen (sheets and bath and beach towels), use of air conditioning and internet access. You have at your disposal a beach umbrella and board games.

Communication with the hostess was excellent, the apartment had everything for a great self catering holiday. Situated on site with lovely gardens, pool, tennis court, table tennis also on site bar and restaurant. Short walk to the beach with many bars and restaurants.

The apartment is beautifully maintained and Hosts Raquel and Antonio are brilliant. We have stayed in this location many times and this studio is the best we have ever had. I would highly recommend.

Just returned from a four week stay at this apartment. Fabulous location within the complex and central to all amenities. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need. Raquel (owner) had left us a fruit basket and all items for a breakfast on the first morning. Also provided cleaning/laundry products for use during the stay. We'll equipped including a cool bag/blocks, umbrella for use on the beach as well as a trolley bag for visits to the supermarket. Everything you need washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron etc. Apartment spotless, also lovely chairs to relax in whilst on the balcony. I was also collected from the airport and driven back on my return by the owners.

Absolutely brilliant apartment. We have stayed in the complex many times but this apartment is easily the best one we have had. The place is beautifully kept and has everything required for a comfortable stay. Raquel and Antonio met us at the airport and took us back at the end of our holiday. we got a welcome back which was a nice touch. We will definately book again if we are lucky enough to find a vacancy in the booking calender to suit us. The complex is great too.
