Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, children’s play area and market you’ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuela’s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Just a few steps more and you’re on La Carihuela’s 2.1 Kilometer beach where you can promenade on the Paseo, eat at one of Carihuela’s famous Chiringuitos or just bask in the sun. A further refresh of the apartment has just been undertaken (January2023 ) which includes the whole apartment repainted and new linens in both the master bedroom and front room and a change in the furniture which includes new and reconfigured .Please note all linens and towels are replaced as a matter of course at regular intervals so all should feel fresh and new ! Fiber optic internet is included for unlimited access to accommodate your teenagers! Windows on three sides afford fabulous views of the sea and mountains with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony.

Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, children’s play area and market you’ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuela’s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Really enjoyed our stay . Apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, homely and the view from the balcony is fabulous. We had a lovely week. A morning cuppa on the balcony was a lovely start to the day. I don’t think you’d find somewhere more ideally situated . It’s very quiet, yet only minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Theresa was so helpful and accommodating to us and I’m very grateful. She answered any query I had and checked in to make sure all was well.

We spent 7 nights at this apartment and was a great find, very clean with a great view of the ocean. Location is perfect, very close to minimarkets, restaurants, 4 min walk to the beach. The only issue I found is that we rented a car and sometimes it was difficult finding parking on the street but there are some paying parkings close to the building.

Loved the apartment and area. Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach and everything.We will definitely return. Spacious, well equipped and spotless apartment with amazing sea views from a good sized balcony. Great wee bar and restaurant with sunloungers available for a fee at the pool. Excellent location with the beach, a large variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within a few minutes walk.Useful bus service between Málaga and towns along the coast, bus stop just behind the back gate. Train station accessible via a lift and short walk through Bateria Park behind apartments (green transport card can be purchased and topped up at a Tobacconist). Would definitely recommend. We have the highest praise for this fantastic apartment. The location is excellent for proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach of La Carihuela. It is a 15 minute walk to Torremolinos where you can easily take a train to Malaga. The bus route is behind the accommodation too. The host is lovely and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is hassle free. The air conditioning, facilities and room overall is great. The view is second to none, particularly in the morning where the sun rising is stunning. The air con, rosand facilities are excellent and the view

From the moment I started to communicate with Theresa the owner I knew this would be a lovely place to stay as she was always spot on with her replies in such quick time. When we walked through the door the apartment was exactly as the description and photos only better we had a fantastic time in what is a fabulous apartment and a fabulous area with lots of bars ,restaurants , supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay which we will 100% do again so if anyone is looking then this is a must to sty in.

We had another great week at La Carihuela. The apartment was spotless. Appreciated the washing machine - handy for rinsing our swimming clothes through. The views on the balcony are amazing I watched many a sunrise and sunset. So relaxing! It was hot and sunny all week so we enjoyed walks, chilling and swimming at the pool and beach, shopping and eating out. Our favourite restaurants are Il Gusto, La Fragata de Tito, Los Leones and Dona Gabriella. But there are so many great places! Theresa and Home stay were excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you again for another perfect holiday.

The apartment is in a residential area which includes a lovely pool and well kept gardens there is also a tennis court, childrens area and a fitness area. There is an on site club that includes a restaurant. There is also an on site supermarket. The apartment is on the ninth floor. The good sized balcony faces East and boasts a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. There is everything for you to enjoy your stay. We welcomed by Kim who gave us all the information about the apartment and the surroundings. We loved the two weeks we were there and made friends too

Our stay at your condo was wonderful. Your immediate attention to the check in confusion was so kind and unnecessary, but thank you. The only thing that bothered us a little was coming home at night. The lights on the walkway to the apartment do not light up, there was no light in the porch light to see to use the key or lights on the baloney. Minor things, but I thought you would like to know. Centrally situated for all amenities, the apartment's balcony has 180 degree views of the sea and beach. Internally it is comfortable and is let with pleasing extras as a welcome from the owners. With abundant restaurants bars and shops locally, it is a great place to enjoy Spain's playground.

This property was fantastic so clean and organized and in a great location It is even nicer than the photos show Right between Torremolinos and the marina at Benalmadena Lots of fantastic beech restaurants and bars, plus lovely car free streets to explore with more bars and resturants There was a great welcome pack when we arrived with all the essentials and more. We had a fantastic time and definitely reccommend it !!

We chose this apartment to spend our holiday for many reasons including good view and nice location but also because of the great reviews from previous customers. They were spot on correct. The apartment was great, cozy and included everything that was described of course, but I really want to ephasize the great communication with the owner and contactperson at the location; everything went super smoothly from the booking all the way to the check out. Thank you again and will definitely be in touch whenever there's a need to spend time in Costa Del Sol. Outdoorsy family from Finland =)

We loved our week here. The apartment is so clean and light and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- especially happy with the coffee machine! Very modern, stylish, simple and practically designed/layout. Best views from the balcony. How lovely watching the sun rise in the mornings over the sea. So relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely (huge pool- still warm enough to swim in late October) and it’s a really friendly safe complex. Great area for eating, shopping, walking and of course beaches! Communication with both Theresa and Kate was excellent- felt very well looked after. I really hope we can return next year. Thanks so much!

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. All communication was fast and friendly. The owner was very accomodating with early check in/late check out. Key collection was easy. The apartment has 3 lifts to reach 9th floor and there was always one available when we called it. The apartment is fresh, clean and modern with comfy beds, coffee machine, great tv channels and wifi, The owner had left a welcome pack to get us started which was great. Very secure locks. There are beach chairs/parasol etc games, books available. The view from the balcony was fantastic (the sea and the rooftop pool across the road ).... The sunrises are stunning. The lcation is very central, you could be in the bustle and on beach in a few minutes. There are a couple of good supermarkets within a few mins walk. If you book this and plan to prepare any food take some seasoning, herbs, oil etc to save having to buy big packs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
