House of 250 m2 useful and on a plot of 2000 m2 with pool, garden and barbecue
It has 3 double bedrooms (2 double), kitchen, living room (40 m2) and bathroom with bathtub, plus a large terrace around the house
The house is on the first floor with access to stairs. On the ground floor there are only 2 garages.
The owner grows a small organic garden that they can use whenever they want, in addition to organic chickens
The house is located on a plot of more than 2000 m2. In the back of the house there is an orchard cultivated by the owner of the house that lives in the adjoining house.

la zona es muy bonita y tranquila, la casa esta cerca del paseo marítimo, de las playas, y calas.
