Private: beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. The house and location is great. It’s only to minus for this house and that is it was a lot of mosquitoes and their was no air conditioning. If the house get air conditioning I would be more than happy to visit the house again. We had some issues with the gates to the house but the support from Interhome was just amazing. They showed up and fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

Logement très grand agréable tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.Maison situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer ,parfait pour les promenades en famille.Piscine super, barbecue ok, 3 salles de bain donc super .Mais déçue par le nettoyage qui laissait à désirer a notre arrivée poils de chien partout sur le sol donc le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait. Et chauffage ne chauffait pas correctement donc parfois il faisait froid dans la maison,heureusement qu’on a eu du beau temps.literie a revoir

Maison agréable à vivre, spacieuse.Buanderie à part très pratique, grand hall d'entrée. Nous avons garé 2 voitures. Pelouse verte inexistante , dommage pour le charme de cette jolie maison. Point négatif : le frigo placé à l'angle de la cuisine contre le mur, ne permet pas l'ouverture du bac à légumes. Avis : pourquoi ne pas le déplacer dans le hall d'entrée très spacieux. Ballon eau chaude juste pour 8 personnes en période plus fraîche. Aucun problème pour l'été. Maison bien située pour proximité "mer - visite région - port aventura...." petit détail pour ne pas être surpris à votre arrivée : proximité d'une voie ferrée qui ne gêne absolument pas le séjour. Les couteaux pour cuisiner sont à changer (moi j'en prévois toujours 2 que je laisse sur place). Rapport qualité prix très acceptable. Accueil agence parfait.

bonne location malgré un entretien matériel médiocre( divers volets , bouton de lumière cassé ,flexible de douche HS ETC... les personnes qui s'occupent la piscine ouvre le portail a coup de pied ETC ... dommage vu le prix de location
