About this house rental

Casa Primula :500m above the lake level nestled in a small village This beautiful modern house offers fantastic views across the lake. The house has a wrap round garden with a shared swimming pool and a private barbecue stove and al fresco dining area.
The kitchen is on the ground floor with a large dining area and fireplace snug.
On the first floor there is a Living room with great views across the lake.
The master double bedroom has its own free-standing bath where you can soak and get views of the lake.
The other three rooms have twin or bunk-beds and perfect for younger family members.
The outside pool offers a refreshing dip on lazy, hot afternoons or a brisk swim in the morning before breakfast.
Its easy to spend a week here with so much to do nearby.

Big house, great stay. A bit high up the mountain, but that ensures great views. The basement rooms are a bit damp. The kitchen / living split level is very cosy! Vincent is a great host with quick replies.

Lovely location with magnificent views. Great size but not really appropriate for toddlers. Everything you need and in a very handy location to visit many of the beautiful villages around lake Como.

Excellent villa

We stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic holiday at Lake Como. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would have needed. The layout is great very spacious, plenty of room to escape and chill. The outside space was great with the grassed area for sunbathing, the BBQ was brilliant and the pool area was well maintained and kids loved it. The drive up and down the mountain was fine. There are no local shops within walking distance but there is a massive supermarket near by 10/15 min drive. I would highly recommend this villa both for summer and winter rentals. The nearest ski resort is not far away. The views are spectacular, plenty to see and do. Would defiantly go back

This was the perfect residence for cycling holiday around lake como for a group of us accustomed to high standards. Given the location and particularly being higher up against the lake provided us wit fabulous views from the property with a great feeling being near the mountains. Definitely felt apart from the tourist pack and got a real sense of village life by the river as enjoyed by locals. The property itself was in great condition with a lovely kitchen for cooking although we couldn't compete with the quality from the local restaurants. The reception are was relaxing and great place to hang out and take como. The stand alone bath with views was divine offering great post cycling relief. Having a garage for the bikes was also a great practical benefit. One of the best things was the local guide prepared by the amicable owners, Vin and Renu, who provided access to the type of restaurants and local places that are not found on the internet. The immediate local food and wine is a delight and made for a most memorable experiences of the holiday. Enjoy!

Maison sur 4 niveaux (deux chambres dans les caves sont très humides) Belle cuisine mais salle à manger peu confortable ( bancs de ferme) Piscine très petite (difficile d’y faire cohabiter les trois familles de vacanciers), abords non entretenus (pelouse, dallages) et non chauffée ( nous n’avons pas pu en profiter après une météo mitigée). Trop peu de mobilier de jardin ( de surcroît pas très confortable) Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée et sont confortables, par contre les serviettes de bains sont à changer ( décoloration et usée) Bref nous sommes déçus, le prix de la location pouvait nous laisser espérer un autre standing.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison qui accueille facilement 2 familles avec enfants. Bien équipée, la maison est pratique, la vue superbe de la terrasse et la piscine partagée parfaite avec des enfants !

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und vom Balkon im 1. Obergeschoß hat man einen tollen Blick über den See. Dennoch hat vieles nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt, Boden und Geschirr dreckig, tote Insekten in den Töpfen. Keine der Pfannen war benutzbar, sodass wir eine neue gekauft haben. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss sind feucht, dunkel und unbewohnbar. Da die verbleibenden Zimmer keine Türen haben oder nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnbereich getrennt sind, fehlt eindeutig Privatsphäre. All das ist sehr schade, da man aus dem Haus so viel mehr machen könnte...

Schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet! Waschmaschine, spülmaschine etc. vorhanden! Im Keller jedoch schimmlig/modrig an den Wänden! Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer im Keller! Sonst alles top! Garten mit kunstrasen versehen! Garten ist eingezäunt! Gut bei kleineren Kindern die nicht allein zum Pool dürfen! Pool sauber und als Abkühlung gut! Sportliches schwimmen nicht möglich! Sehr ruhige Lage, zum See ca 8 min. mit dem Auto! Fahrt sehr kurvenreiche (Serpentinen). Gehen/mit dem Rad zum See nicht machbar, außer man ist sehr sehr sportlich! Dafür ein traumhafter Ausblick!!! Man sollte sich auf kleinere und größte Tiere einstellen! Hatten Skorpione (Daumen größe) im Haus... im Keller und im Dachgeschoss! Sind aber vergleichbar giftig wie eine Wespe, also keine Lebensgefahr jedoch trotzdem seltsames Gefühl! Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen kurzen Urlaub!
