About this apartment rental
This one bedroom second floor condo at Island Club features a beautiful lagoon view from your private patio. There is additional seating on the patio. From the open comfortable and fully supplied kitchen, you have access to the living room that is furnished with a sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV. Guests here have access to a half bathroom in the hall as well. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. In two-minute walk a nice direct trail takes you to the ocean shore.
Island Club is a very unique resort - an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well. The Island Club is a gated community with 24-hour security.

Condo was very easy to get to, stocked with pots and pans making cooking easy. Owner provided a few trash bags, paper towels, TP and mini cleaning products which was very helpful. Easy access to pool and beach. Bed was uncomfortable to us, but we are used to temperpedic so may be fine for others. Unit was clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The owner was very quick to respond to communication. The unit is lovely, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. The complex has wonderful amenities, and the beach is a very quick and easy 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. While we enjoyed our initial stay, we feel that HH is just not for us in terms of what we look for in a vacation.
Our fault that we rented a second floor villa; however, for a 74+ age fellow like me, the stairs were way too steep and too narrow. Also, really did not have a good view out the balcony since the top of a palm tree was right there.
The villa owner/representative we communicated with prior to our stay was VERY friendly, helpful & courteous. We appreciated all our communications with her!
