This comfortable modern condo at the Island Club is the ideal destination when you're in the mood for a relaxing getaway along a scenic waterfront. The welcoming design is perfect for kicking back and enjoying water views. The spacious two-story layout provides plenty of options for relaxing, and the comfy beds provide peaceful rest at the end of the day. Take in views of the lagoon from your private deck, or enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Three balconies guarantee room for everyone to relax!
Recent updates as of summer 2022 include new air conditioning, new carpet, new paint, and updates throughout the space.
Kick back in the evening and watch the large TV, complete with a DVD player, or venture onto the deck to catch the sunset over the lagoon. You will also enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry.
Guests are just minutes from the community of Hilton Head, where you'll find art galleries, museums, and wineries, along with dining and shopping opportunities. With a short walk to the ocean, you can relax on the beach or venture to the marina for fishing excursions. Our stay was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed including some toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner. It had washing machine pods, some dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge. It had a great view of the lagoon from the balcony. Super close to the pool, but would recommend bringing a wagon for the walk to the beach if you have little children (5-8 min walk to beach, still very close!). There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but there are in the living room- would be great if those could be switched to the master bedroom because of the rising sun. The resort has a fun playground and bbq for nice evening dinners outside! Would definitely stay again :)

Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed kitchen wise. Bathrooms were recently remodeled. Beach and pool are close by. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Just need to fix the dryer, so other people’s loads of laundry don’t get ruined like mine :)
Also, ice maker doesn’t work properly. We bought ice cube trays at the dollar general and solved that issue so no big deal. These things were both reported to Vacasa. Never heard back from the property manager.

The Island Club and condo are beautiful and were perfect for our family vacation. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. The condo was not vacuumed at all, as we found clothing tags, dead bugs, and other debris in the middle of the carpets. The master bathroom had blue toothpaste running down the sink cabinets and one the twin beds had what looked to be cookie/chocolate crumbs tucked in the sheets. Additionally, there were no sponges, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, or hand soap provided. While wear and tear is expected, the dining room chandelier was held together with hot glue and barely worked. The dryer was full of sand and left black grease stains on our laundry. Again, fantastic location but needs some serious TLC.
