Really beautifully situated house in a private, quiet spot with stunning views from the terrace. Plus wonderful sunsets, quite magical apart from … The price was good but unfortunately the house is lacking care and attention. Bathroom stained tiles, clean but stained loos, creaky beds, falling apart garden furniture ! Overall house was quite clean and tidy it just needs a bit of time painting shabby worn paint, scrubbing up bathrooms and replacing worn garden furniture and creaky bed to make it feel welcoming and comfortable. I hope Erwan spends some time and money on it ..it’s well worth investing time on it as such a magical spot.

This is one of the best holiday rentals that we have stayed in. Very well equipped, quite and the view from the deck is spectacular. We stayed for two weeks in September and were very sorry to have to leave. The village which is 10 min walk is very charming and has everything that you would need with the town of Auray only 10 min drive away, the E. Leclerk supermarket has the best fish counter. Live oysters at the bottom of the garden from a very charming lady. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful even the neighbors were very friendly. Can’t wait for our return visit. C&E Irish/German

Si nous avons passé un bon séjour, La maison était vétuste et un bon rafraîchissement intérieur et extérieur est urgent..pour autant, en entrant dans la maison nous avons constaté que c’etait propre. Nous avons été surpris qu’aucuns état des lieux n’a été fait à notre arrivée cela dit, il n’y en a pas eu non plus à la sortie. Nous sommes sérieux et propre et c’est à souhaiter que les propriétaires trouvés toujours leur maison en bon état... dans une des chambres nous avons été infesté de fourmis dès le premier soir. Malgré nos tentatives pour joindre le propriétaire nous avons du gérer seul la désinfection. Idem pour la connexion wifi.... impossible de joindre le propriétaire. Lors de la sortie des lieux il nous informe que la connexion est TRÈS MAUVAISE . Dans ce cas on n’indique pas wifi dans la prestation (malgré nos vacances nous avions des obligations professionnelles a gérer) La location est prévu pour 8 mais franchement c’est juste niveau vaisselle...nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons et honnêtement même si le propriétaire est très sympathique et que ces quelques manquements n’ont pas ruiné notre séjour, la prestation est très juste et il est très facile pour le même budget de trouver bien mieux...

Das Haus liegt alleine auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Von der Terrasse und von allen Fenstern zur Meerseite kann man auch das Meer sehen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es alte Gebäude einer Muschelverarbeitung. Bei Ebbe läuft der Bereich vor dem Haus komplett leer. Das Haus selbst hat viel zu bieten ist aber nicht in absolut perfektem Zustand . Es gibt keine deutsch- sprachigen Fernsehprogamme. Strände, die man als solche bezeichnen kann, sind mit dem Auto in ca, 15 min zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt oder Bäcker sind im Ort ca.10 min. Wir waren im Sommer 2019 dort und hatten 14 Tage sehr,sehr schönes Wetter. Die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung von der schroffen Küste über kleine Buchten bis zu Stränden mit enormen Ausmaßen und schönen Ortschaften. Der beste Strand zum Muschelsuchen liegt direkt gegenüber des Hauses am Campingplatz, Das ist ein schöner Ausflug mit dem Kajak das zum Haus gehört.

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund in dem Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem so zentral das man überall schnell mit dem Auto hinkommt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wanderweg direkt ab dem Haus am Meer entlang, den wir sehr gerne zum spazieren gehen mit dem Hund und zum Joggen genutzt haben. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch mit dem Kajak waren wir einmal unterwegs was viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr nett zu uns und immer sehr gut erreichbar. In Plouharnel kann man sehr gut Essen gehen und der Supermarkt bietet alles was man braucht. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort .

Coup de cœur pour cette maison bretonne . 4 chambres permettant de vivre à 8 La terrasse s ouvre sur la baie qui vit au rythme des marées . Le GR passe juste devant la maison . La terrasse permet d en profiter pleinement . Les grandes plages sont proches en voiture . Plouharnel et Carnac offrent toutes les commodités à proximité. Le domaine de Kercroc juste à côté permet de déguster des huîtres succulentes Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Endroit parfait pour la détente et la découverte de la Bretagne

Am liebsten hätte ich dem Objekt 5 Sterne gegeben, weil die Gegend so schön und vielfältig ist und das Haus wunderbar ruhig hinter einer Austernfischerei am Rande eines hübschen Städtchens an einer Meeresbucht liegt, die bei Ebbe vollkommen leer läuft und sich bei Flut wieder füllt. Allerdings nicht mit direktem Zugang vom Haus zur Bucht wie die Fotos sugerieren. Die Abzüge müssen leider sein, weil der Vermieter schlecht erreichbar und extrem unfreundlich war (falsche Telefonnummer, keine Rückmeldungen, Streit wegen angeblicher Schäden am Boot, das dann nicht mehr benutzbar war) und weil das Haus selbst leider ziemlich heruntergekommen ist (Bettenrost knallte durch, Schrankgriff fiel heraus, Wasserabfluss im Becken verstopft, Türen zur Terasse nicht mehr abschließbar, Spülmaschinenwagen defekt, Grill kam erst auf Anforderung etc. ) Vom Vermieter keine Einweisung. Deshalb auch TV unbenutzbar. Wir haben uns am letzten Tag nach einem unerfreulichen Streit mit dem Vermieter durch einen Verzicht auf die Kaution "freigekauft". Da wir nicht besonders empfindlich auf solche Dinge reagieren, haben wir die Ferien dennoch sehr genossen. Für Familien mit Kindern und Hund wie wir ist vor allem die Lage des Hauses mit dem großen Garten und dem Zugang zu Küstenuferweg und zu einer nahe gelegenen kleinen Bucht exzellent, auch wenn man zu einem richtigen Bade-, Surf- oder Kiteerlebnis ein wenig mit dem Auto an eine der vielen Küstenstrände fahren muss. Auch der Ort Plouharnell ist sehr nett und bietet im Super-U, in kleinen Geschäften undauf dem Freitags-Markt alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Même en plein hiver, Ce petit coin de Bretagne est vraiment idéal pour observer les oiseaux, se promener sur le sentier côtier et découvrir Carnac, Quiberon tranquillement, loin de la foule. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et idéalement située dans un petit hameau très calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante maison. Elle est idéalement située et l'environnement est très calme. Une jolie vue sur la mer permet d'observer les changements de marée, ce qui est très impressionnant quand on n'y est pas habitué. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve cette location, et y retournerons si nous devions à nouveau passer des vacances dans la région.
