Property has become too old. Need a renovation badly. Rest is really good specially nature.

Internal transport plus getting connected with the helpline or reception

The location, climate and overall facilities barring that they are not maintained well. Food was above average and had fair amount of variation.

It is such a nice place but not maintained well.

Too expensive 😞 A huge property but if you have to go from one place to another with in the property you have to pay every time for the conveyance or go by foot.

The city's concept is nice but not well maintained. It has everything to spend good time - nature, lake, wave pool, games, swings, gardens and good food.

We chose the Aussie Suite (premium category). Check in process was chaotic and time consuming. Then as we reached the room realised the jacuzzi was not clean, the balcony furniture was extremely dirty as if not cleaned since months, old tea bags almost looked like left over. Ordered tea and snacks - they came after an hour. The room didn't look as good as shown in the pictures. Experience of holiday was missing. Felt like a lot of effort in everything.
