About this villa rental
A older style 3 bedroom detached bungalow set in private mature gardens with unheated pool(size 7m x 3m) situated in a quiet residential street. Ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing beach holiday with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. All bedrooms and lounge/diner have wall mounted air-con units.
There are 2 double bedrooms ( 1 en-suite ) and a single bedroom next to family shower room also a washing machine is in this room for your use.
Also there is fully fitted kitchen containing oven hob and microwave.
In the lounge diner the smart television receives Sky UK TV FREE CHANNELS ONLY
Wi fi internet is also available
In the garden there is a dining area with sun blind also sun beds and chairs for eating and relaxing around the pool.
There is plenty of space for parking both in the street and large free car park to the rear of the house.
Within 15minutes walk there are various supermarkets bars and restaurants and bus stops for travel to the nearby historic city of Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante.
Dont fancy cooking breakfast or lunch try visiting the Las Claras bar about 5 minutes walk ( go out of the gate turn right and its straight ahead.
The beach which is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive is blue flagged and has lifeguards. There are also various bars sunbeds and a variety of water sports.
You will find a selection of children's beach toys available.
Other nearby places to visit are Lo Pagan where people cover themselves in "Mar Menor Mud "which some people believe helps various ailments. Further down the coast near La Manga in the town of Cabo De Palos where divers travel out by boat to visit the Maritime Nature Reserve off the shore.
Los Alcazares is served by 2 international airports.
Murcia which is about 30 minutes drive and Alicante 1 hour
It may also be possible to arrange airport transfers if required.

So nice to have your own clean pool.It was an amazing pool and was the mainstay of the holiday.Excellent communication personally from the host.He explained how the house worked and let us know what we needed to know ensuring we enjoyed our stay.Very good value for money.

An older style property in a quiet location. Nice pool and outside area. The house is at the end of terrace with a car park next doo. A pleasant 20 minute walk to Las Palmeras beach and the strip passing a good supermarket. We packed a cool bag to take to the beach and picked up baguettes and treats on the way. There are restaurants 5 mins away near the arches. We recommed Oasis Fusion for good quality indian food. If you have children we'd recommend a trip on the tourist train, a lot of fun plus a good way to get to and from the Old Town. Couple of niggles with the property like poor quality pillows and the flush on the ensuite not working but overall everything OK.
