This brand new to the market, lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the stunning beachside Nueva Ribera resort in Los Alcazares.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. The are two terraces to the outside, one off the bedroom upstairs and one off the main living room.
This apartment is located in the 24/7 security controlled resort of Nueva Ribera Beach Club which is literally a few steps away from the Mar Menor. This apartment is a 5 minute drive from the local golf resorts of Roda and La Serena. This apartment has access to the communal swimming pools and is fully equipped to ensure you will have a fabulous holiday !

The apartment has 2 outdoor terraces that gets both sun and shade throughout the day. The two terraces, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom upstairs with sea views.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the main beach front. You can either take your own loungers which are available in the apartment, or you can hire them for a small cost for the day on the beach. Beach towels are included at this property.

The apartment has an open plan living room, sofa bed. dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer /dryer etc to ensure you have a comfortable stay. TV and internet are included.

The apartments has 3 bedrooms, 2 double, and one twin room. There is a one bathroom, downstairs, with bath and shower over, and one upstairs with a large walk in shower.

Close to the apartment complex is a small park with a children's playground. The apartment was very clean and spacious , just as shown , and right near the beach .
The only drawback were the the planes from the military airport. just down the coast, which practised weekdays from quite early in the morning.
