The hotel location was good. Staff was polite and courteous. Decent spacious rooms.
Cleanliness could had been much better. TV switch mal functional. TV not working. Washroom commode seat broken, bucket and mug uncleaned. Basic toliteries not provided. Packed soap, tooth brush, tooth paste not given Floor cleanliness below the bed could had been better. just 1 bottle drinking water provided during the entire stay. For hotel entry point - steps should be provided as there is huge gap between the ground and the hotel 1st step. This was huge discomfort to the senior citizen.
