The food was exceptional. And staff was very supportive

Hotel is under renovation so kitchen exhaust was not working and smoke fills in corridors of floors

Courteous staff... Good food

Booked the hotel for 2 persons but we were told it is showing single occupancy and we're asked to pay additional charges for 2nd person, which is unfair. Whatever fare was shown on your site was much lesser than what we actually paid.

Breakfast and Meals were Good. Location is easy and approachable.

Room Security. Any Room can be opened from any card. Dangerous!!

Big positive about the hotel is the location-also, since my conference was in the same hotel-it just made practical sense. The other positive about the hotel-food was good, I had the buffet lunch and every single preparation was good, I want to appreciate Suman from Food & Beverage team for his commitment and good service. Also, Shivani was helping for the conference and was always smiling and doing a great job when it came to serving us.

When I arrived, the reception staff had to look for my reservation. I was allocated a dirty room and only when I showed the staff the dirty room, they changed my room! The hotel WI FI was erratic. On the first day, there were power outages. The staff at the reception were always too busy amongst themselves and arguing noisily about something or the other. However, I wouldn't blame them as they don't know any better since they are probably not trained.
