About this house rental
This is a newly completed home in modern style from the outside and inside. Fully furnished, including air conditioning (cold and warm) in living rooms and bedrooms. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and bbq. There are also loungers and beach chairs for the lawn behind the villa.
The open kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is equipped with an alarm system and around a modern deposit with lockable entrance gate. A communal swimming pool close to the house is at your disposal.
A 2 minute walk from the house is the commercial center La Fuente, where you can find many restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, etc. find.
A big supermarket is only a 5 minute walk.
The ideal place to unwind, but also suitable for active / sporting holidays. You can walk, cycle, ride, swim, play golf in the neighborhood.
At 7 car minutes away you will find the beaches of La Zenia and Aqua Marina, with restaurants and terraces. Sun loungers and parasols can also be rented.
You can also culture in the Spanish hinterland or in the nearby cities of Torrevieja (15 minutes drive), Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena (45 minutes drive) The nearby village St. Miquel (7 km) is known for its real Spanish market.

Hemos estado 19 días y la casa súper bien, la zona es muy tranquila y la piscina casi todos los días hemos estado solos.
Pero como mejora/sugerencia, si que nos hubiera gustado tener sábanas y toallas de recambio.
Por lo demás, todo muy bien y pensando en repetir.

We stayed at Casa Wendy between 11th - 18th June 2018 with our two 20 something daughters. The apartment was very well presented and very clean. It is well equipped with plenty of space for sunbathing in the garden or, alternatively the pool is less than 100 metres away. Access was very important to us, as my wife has limited mobility, and the apartment was excellent as it can be accessed through the back door without any steps. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of a bar and restaurant complex which appear to have places which would cater for most tastes.I would recommend the apartment and we would definitely stay there again.
