About this apartment rental
Located a few steps from the Tropea promenade, right in front of the marina, 200 meters from the famous Tropea Island and 200 meters from the beautiful Baia delle Roccette. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building inside the La Pineta residential complex. Furnished with all comforts, it is composed of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding an extra bed, a living room with sofa bed (for a total of 5 beds), a kitchen, a bathroom, closet and a furnished balcony with a view on the coast of the gods. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with children. The beach is across the street a few meters away and the historic center of Tropea can be reached in a couple of minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. Ideal place for a splendid and peaceful holiday in Tropea and surroundings.

Ottima posizione, vicinissimo
al centro di Tropea e alle piu belle spiagge e ristoranti della zona raggiungibili anche senza l auto, silenziosissimo la notte e con parcheggio.

Appartamento spazioso, provvisto di ogni comodità per chi ha famiglia. Situato in luogo tranquillo e a pochi passi per la spiaggia del Cannone, piccola perla, e per la spiaggia delle Roccette. L'accesso centro di Tropea tramite i 185 scalini anche se "faticoso" risulta molto comodo per non prendere l'auto.

Dopo aver trascorso una vacanza lo scorso anno siamo tornati nella stessa struttura, non credo ci sia argomento migliore. Il punto di forza è la posizione, la parte alta di Tropea con il borgo antico è sicuramente bellissima e suggestiva ma raggiungere le spiagge comporta prendere la macchina o affrontare le panoramiche ma piuttosto impegnative scalinate, meglio salire la sera ad ammirare il tramonto o cenare negli innumerevoli ristorantini. Come tutti i posti più belli Tropea è piuttosto affollata in alta stagione, noi ci siamo stati nella prima metà di luglio ed era ancora vivibilissima. La casa è comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario ma ripeto l'assoluto pregio è la posizione, magnifiche spiagge raggiungibili a piedi ,sia libere che attrezzate. La proprietaria, signora Rossella gentile e disponibile.

La casa ha davvero una fantastica posizione, le spiagge più belle di Tropea sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi e anche il paese vero e proprio è raggiungibile con una scalinata panoramica che si trova vicinissima alla casa. La proprietaria, contattata per un problema allo scarico della doccia, ci ha mandato un idraulico letteralmente in cinque minuti. La casa è fresca e comoda. Unica cosa che avrei desiderato una migliore padella :-) Un posto in cui tornare e da consigliare agli amici.
