Czysty, przyjemnie urządzony apartament. Wygodne, duże łóżko. Bardzo miły i pomocy gospodarz, bardzo dobry i bezproblemowy kontakt. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum, a w pobliżu kilka marketów, okolica spokojna.
Z apartamentu jest jedynie widok na sąsiedni budynek (dokładnie z zabudowanego balkonu, bo z sypialni jest okno na balkon), który jest zapleczem jakiegoś obiektu gastronomicznego co powoduje, że dość wcześnie rano pojawiają się głośne odgłosy. generalnie ściany w budynku słabo tłumią odgłosy z sąsiednich mieszkań. Zabudowany balkon przeradza się w szklarnię co powoduje, że w kuchni jest bardzo gorąco. Przy pozostawionych otwartych oknach na noc trzeba liczyć się z wczesną pobudką ze względu na odgłosy o których wyżej. Z rzeczy na które ma wpływ właściciel, brakuje czajnika do gotowania wody. W obiekcie jest płyta gazowa więc wodę na herbatę lepiej byłoby gotować w czajniku niż w garnku.
