La posizione appena fuori dal centro storico, con possibilità di parcheggio anche se non dedicato (almeno a fine Giugno). Servizi casa ottimi con erogatore acqua dedicato. Aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto molto utili.
Manca zanzariera alle finestre del bagno e una protezione alle stesse finestre quando ci si fa la doccia. Dettagli che non hanno reso peggiore il soggiorno, che è stato ottimo.

A casa é muito bonita, a localização é excelente para chegar a praia de Tropea e para o centro histórico. Casa com máquina de lavar roupa, dois ar condicionados. Encontramos facilmente estacionamento gratuito na rua onde está localizada a casa Araucaria. A decoração também é muito bonita e acolhedora.
Pra mim, o único ponto negativo foi a limpeza, quando chegamos na casa ao verificar o banheiro, encontrei diversos cabelos e pelos de outras pessoas na banheira/chuveiro, o banheiro não me parecia devidamente limpo. Porém o restante da casa estava limpo e arrumado.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung Eine sehr besondere Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Super zentrale Lage. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank – genauso muss es sein. Gerne wieder!
