Bed was comfortable, room size was ok. Polite and friendly staff, close to the airport

Booked a double, got a twin, everything looked dirty including walls, towels, shower. Curtains which covered the window into the main corridor didn't shut properly, door handle coming off. Photos must have been taken some years ago

The room don’t have mineral water, and hangers. Towel and blanket were not clean.

The hotel was not clean, and I and my family feel not comfortable. We booked for 2 nights, but we just stayed for a night, and find the other better one on the next day.

Location is strategic as we need to get back to the airport the very next day. Clean and comfy bed. Budget price for a short stay.

No hot water in the sink. Sink drainage rather blocked. Broken tiles in the shower that badly needs to be fixed. Lack of the toilet papers even though we asked on the night we arrived, we asked again the next day in the morning after breakfast. Average breakfast.

An okay stay, location is strategic. The Junior Suite is lovely and decent.

Hotel management favorably allows the smokers to fill the semi enclosed breakfast area with their cigarette smokes, the only opening is the one way passage from the street which makes the blowing winds push the cigarette smoke to the back and stops there, no other ventilation. The staff on duty said it is the management's wisdom (exact word in Bahasa Indonesia > kebijakan management). Breakfast is not exceptional like what it was advertised on booking.com, the taste is very average but the portion was not bad.

The rooftop, the washroom, the location. The bed was very comfortable

The hotel is great, please update the cleanliness, in the common area (couches, floor, etc.) and on surfaces. I washed all surfaces when I arrived in the room as I felt it was dirty and it was indeed dirty. Staff said they sprayed and disinfected everything but some surfaces were not clean. Otherwise it's a great hotel!

Very good

The rooms are clean and modern with a lovely bathroom, ac, fridge and tv. Rooms were cleaned daily. The rooftop bar is a brilliant space, there is a lot of potential to make it into a thriving spot. It looks a bit derilict now bit is nice for a sunset beer. Good location as we had a car, 10 mins drive to airport. There is a street down the road that has a few places to eat.

There's a really bad smell at the reception, not sure if it's from the pool as it smelt like stagnant water. The food is the bar upstairs is not good and small selection.
