We inform that the price of the house that we have given is for 2 people, for 4 or 6 people they are 15 euros additional.
House with pool in quiet area, with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for families with young children or for a holiday with best friends, Casa Tabares has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room with fireplace, and office with Internet, multifunction printer-fax and computer.
Comfort has also been thought of with complete equipment. The house maintains a pleasant temperature thanks to its central heating during the colder days, (already included in the price).
A personal welcome gift, with wine and fresh fruits, completes the comfortable feeling of the house in a very successful way. Sports fans can also enjoy the great hiking trails that start from the same house.
The house is surrounded by gardens, large terraces with comfortable furniture for your enjoyment, barbecue and land of 3000m. squares with fruit trees, from which you can; as well as a heated pool (* optional air conditioning with an extra cost of 15 Euros per day)
The property also has gardens planted with ornamental plants of both local origin (endemisms) whose flowering does not depend on spring, being able to find the gardens in winter with numerous flowers. Likewise, it should be noted that in the garden area, special attention has been given to the planting of endemic species of the Canary Islands such as Macaronesia, and the client can enjoy beautiful specimens of Phoenix Canariensis (Palmera Canaria), Dracaena Drago, (Drago), Ocotea Foetens (Til), Laurus Azórica (Laurel), Ilex Canariensis (Acebiño), Atlantic Pistacia (Almácigo), Convolvulus Floridus (Guaidil), Rhamnus Glandulosa (Sanguino), etc ...
The property also has orchards planted with fruit trees, among which orange, lemon, apple, pear, avocado, plum, moral and peach, which can pick fruit in season if the client wishes. These fruit trees are treated with organic fertilizers and do not receive any type of pesticides so that the fruit is in practice of organic or ecological origin.
When the property is found, in what in the Canary Islands is known as 'medians', oriented to the nascent, that is to the east of the island of La Palma, the special orography - very mountainous - makes the sea and the mountain is very walking distance
The location of the house allows the observation of different species of raptors such as eagles, kestrels, rooks, etc., in addition to a large variety of insectivorous birds that give the environment a special charm linked to nature. and the countryside, which induces a unique sensation of relaxation and tranquility, ideal for those who seek tranquility and forget about the stress of everyday life and work.
From the house you can practice almost all activities related to nature such as hiking, climbing, bird watching, diving, sailing, surfing, fishing, paragliding, horse riding, etc. Visit the town (Villa de Mazo, your street market weekends, museums, church, library, ...

Es una maravilla ver el mar, la casa es bonita y agradable. La piscina climatizada es recomendable para poder bañarse. Tranquilidad absoluta.

Wir haben Ende März 2018 in der Villa Mayo einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind wirklich sehr hübsch!
Leider ist es um diese Jahreszeit, insbesondere auf der Ostseite der Insel und auf der geographischen Höhe des Hauses noch recht kühl, sodass wir aufgrund der Temperatur nur einmal auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten. Die restliche Zeit war es leider zu kalt, zu windig, zu wolkig oder es hat geregnet, sodass wir den Pool, obwohl beheizt, nicht einmal genutzt haben.
Ein Auto ist bei der Lage des Hauses auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Auf der Westseite der Insel, die mit dem Auto innerhalb von etwa 30-45 min zu erreichen ist, hatten wir stets gutes Wetter und konnten tolle Wanderungen machen oder uns an den Strand legen.

schöne Aussicht (wen der Flughafen nicht stört),etwas antiquarisch eingerichtet,aber schöne Farbgebung der Räumlichkeiten.Von daher würde ich es durchaus weiterempfehlen.
Allerdings:Wer hier mal schrieb,daß der Flughafen nicht zu hören sei,der muß wohl was an den Ohren haben.Er ist nicht laut,aber im Gegensatz zu mir mag nicht jeder Flughäfen.Auch den direkten Blick darauf finde ich interessant,und die ganzen Bewegungen darauf,aber eben nicht jeder.Der Garten ist schön groß,allerdings war der Pool nicht wie im Anzeigentext "beheizt",sondern wohl nur "beheizbar".Angekündigter Poolboy kam gar nicht.Die Liegen und Gartenstühle sind O.K.,teilweise wohl schon etwas älter.Die Liegenauflagen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig "bewittert".Dann lieber Abnehmbare und die Gäste bitten,diese nach Gebrauch irgendwo(müßte auch zur Verfügung gestellt werden)zu verstauen. Grundstücksfremde Hunde kreuzen das Grundstück und man muß auf ihre Hinterlassenschaften achten.Nachts viel Hundegebell.
Das Haus selbst ist für "rural" recht geräumig und nett ausgestattet,eben alt,teilweise klebt an Möbeln ein Schild,daß diese nicht zu benutzen sind,also nur Deko,weil alt. Ab und an begnet einem IKEA,was auch O.K. ist. Türen mitunter sehr schwer gängig,müßten vielleicht mal gängig gemacht werden,damit auch alte Leute sie weit genug öffnen können. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Heizmöglichkeit in jedem Zimmer,da es bei unserem Aufenthalt mitunter sehr "frisch" war.
Allerdings:Obwohl der empfangenden Dame bekannt,wurde die Spülung der Toilette im kleinen Bad erst acht(!)Tage nach Ankunft repariert und auch erst auf unser Drängen hin. Solange mußten vier eine Toilette benutzen. Mehrere Leuchtmittel in den Lampen waren kaputt.Der angekündigte PC ist nicht funktionsfähig(war für den Anwalt von uns mißlich,da er somit nicht arbeiten konnte),der CD-Player war nicht nutzbar durch zu starkes Lautsprechereigengeräusch,der Fernseher schaltete 5-Minutenweise immer aus,bis er sich nach 45 Minuten warmgelaufen hatte,nach der ersten Woche kam niemand um Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln(wie angekündigt/verabredet),weshalb ich dann selbst gewaschen hab.Erst den Tag danach, dann allerdings auch mit kleiner Hausreinigung.Eine Woche später waren wir abwesend und weder gab es neue Bettwäsche noch irgendeine Reinigung.Handtücher wurden lediglich so hingelegt.Fazit:Wir haben was draus gemacht. Kann man auch, wenn man's kann.Aber einiges könnte anderen mehr aufstoßen.Für mehr Leider zu wenig Platz hier.

La vajilla que se dejo disponible era muy justa para el numero de personas alojadas. La sombrilla destrozada. las vista increibles. En resumen mejorar un poco el mantenimiento
