El hostal tiene una ubicación excelente, justo en el centro de Palomino, lo que permite moverse fácilmente tanto hacia la avenida principal como a la playa. El lugar es cómodo y agradable. Laura, quien nos recibió, fue muy amable, siempre atenta y con muy buenas recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y actividades en la zona. Sin duda, es una muy buena opción para hospedarse.

We loved our stay here, it was such a chilled vibe and the hosts were lovely. The location was ideal with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the beach. There is also a great kitchen you can use if you prefer cooking. We booked for a few nights but we ended up extending our stay for two weeks 😆 Highly recommend staying here 👍🏻

The location is perfect, on a quiet side street midway down the main road of Palomino. The studio is on the first floor so it had a sort of treehouse vibe and nice leafy outlook. Has a lot of potential. The main host Lauren was super friendly, spoke English, and could be reached on WhatsApp.

Not the hostel’s fault, but there were major water outages during our stay, sometimes no water for 12+ hours straight. We stayed at a different hostel in Palomino prior to this one and never had that problem, so I think some places have their own backup tank. Not being able to shower or flush the toilet etc for that long and never knowing when we could take a shower was definitely not ideal. To confirm the reservation we needed to pay for the first night outside of Booking.com using Bold payment platform, which was a first. The room wasn’t ready for one hour after check-in time and even still there were a dozen empty beer bottles left behind, leftover food still in the fridge, and the balcony was full of random junk (but without a hammock like we expected). The A/C wasn’t working either but they did offer us an extra night to make up for it, but we couldn’t extend because of plans. The fan did an okay job. Some of the fixtures are deteriorating, there are holes in the front door and it’s held together with sticky tape. Really could do with an update!
