About this house rental
The house is an apartment set at ground floor of a private villa a short distance from the sea (2 km) and from Mount Etna, situated in Guardia Mangano, on the outskirts of Acireale (CATANIA). A few hundred metres away is the centre of Guardia where all the main services (supermarket, chemist, newsagent, post-office etc.) can be found. The part of the house used by guests has recently been modernised in rustic style using typical sicilian materials; The two double beds are in adjoining rooms, one of which is in the same general space as the kitchen. There is a sliding door between the two bedrooms. The guests can use their own separate entrance, a parking space in the large courtyard, not to mention the 350 sq mts of garden with its own furniture for those moments of total relaxation.Gas stove heating available from November till March.

L'appartamento in cui siamo stati, si trova al piano terra di una villa appena fuori Acireale e non è lontano dal mare; affaccia su di un giardino paesaggistico privato che è possibile utilizzare ( c'è anche un barbecue che è possibile utilizzare) e l'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata e un letto queen size ( c'è abbastanza privacy), due bagni, una camera da letto. I proprietari vivono al primo piano della villa e sono persone deliziose. La prima colazione è abbondante e viene servita al momento più adatto ai clienti. Ci tornerei sicuramente!!! Consigliato!!

We really enjoyed this apartment. First, it's right in the center of Amalfi. All major attractions in 3 to 10 minutes walk. Apartment was roomy, clean and enought to accomodate up to 5 people. It's perfect for big family. I highly recommend it.

"Situation géographique parfaite, au pied de l''Etna, pour visiter tout l''est de la Sicile (autoroute à quelques km). Lieu calme et très agréable car appartement meublé avec goût, beau jardin fleuri. Petits déjeuner exquis - délicieuse confiture de mandarine maison - sur la terrasse face au jardin. Parking privé bienvenu. Simone, le propriétaire est charmant, discret et néanmoins disponible et de bon conseil. Merci à lui et à sa Maman !"
