From the moment we checked in until we left the staff made us feel at home. We were able to relax and lounge throughout the property and were left alone except when we sought out help. This was a great vacation stay close to the airport for convenience. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor covered lounge space. The pool was cleaned so we enjoyed a night of swimming, The hosts in the restaurant gave excellent service and the food was delicious. The privacy and comfort of our family apartment was the exact treat we were looking for. We had lights for the entire stay. Rooms had working A/c, and the hot water for the shower was excellent and lasted, so no short hot showers or cold showers. Finally check out was easy and staff helped with our bags and when they saw us trying to book a ride to the airport they instead gave us a complimentary ride. Would recommend Cata Apartment Hotel and spa to everyone!

The tvs were not smart TVs and only had 10 local channels and the aesthetics of the apartment are out of date. This is extremely minor for what we received. This was a great experience and we would love to return in the future.

The location was great, the staff was very helpful.
