Poot hotel service..we ordered food but never got delivered to us .then we had to go out buy it. We waited 2-3 hours for the food. Then we went to hotel restaurant to see wts going on none of them wr there ....it really sucked

The property has several areas that need improvement: * Water heater pipes: The exposed hot-water pipes are dangerously positioned and could cause burns, especially to children. There is also no clear indication of which pipe carries hot water. * Room telephone: The telephones in the rooms were not functioning, making it difficult to contact reception when needed. * Ironing facilities: No iron box was available in the room. Upon request, an iron was provided, but it was in poor condition. * Swimming pool: The pool water did not appear to be properly maintained. There was also no proper changing/dressing room or toilet facility near the swimming pool. No drinks like lemon juice orange juice inlcuded in the expensive dinner buffet Overall, these issues should be addressed to improve guest safety, comfort, and convenience.
