The breakfast was really good, especially the cooks are so kind, special thanks to Ms Zayra for courteous service.
I loved the women in this hotel, so helpful and smiling all the time but The Night shift guy in the reception needs to be changed, he was in the inner room all the time, never in the reception, either sleeping or playing his phone, I called him several times, he didn't even stand up from his sofa.
And it would really be cool if the amenities were changed daily.

Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал в целом,особенно очень приятная женщина Марина! Заселение возможно было только с 12ти, но парень заселил нас в 5 утра,расположение отеля превосходное!
Сам отель ночью по незнанке сложно найти,среди длинного здания простая дверь, на 4 персоны маленький номер,в номере люкс на двоих на диване от прошлых постояльцев лежали орехи. Завтрак скудненький,мне не хватило элементарно жареных яиц или омлета. На заявленные 4 звезды слабо тянет.

The breakfast is plentiful but monotonous.10 minutes walk to the historical center.
There was no cleaning service, just a change of towels and trash removal. There was no balcony, so drying a swimsuit was a challenge. The room was cramped, with a narrow passage between the refrigerator and the bed. There was no table or chair, and the closet only had three hangers in a three-bed room.
