    We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a 4-minute walk to Tenjin-Minami Station and steps away from the underground walking street, making shopping, dining, and getting around the city a breeze. Cleanliness & Service: The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout. A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff—the room cleaning during our stay was absolutely excellent. The front desk and service staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming. Breakfast: While the breakfast selection is simple, it is executed brilliantly. They offer a great spread of fresh salad, bread, eggs, sausage, and curry. The absolute star of the show was the bakery. The quality was truly outstanding and became something we looked forward to every morning! The only real disappointment during our stay was a temporary maintenance issue. For three days, the lobby's air conditioning required fixing. Because of the repairs, access to the entrance, main lobby, and lobby toilet facilities was restricted, which caused a minor disturbance to our daily routine. Despite the temporary AC mishap in the common area, the excellent room cleanliness, fantastic staff, and incredible bakery made our stay highly enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

    Booked at Hotel Tenjin Place and overall I enjoyed my stay here! Here's a list of what I loved abt my stay: - check in was smooth - the receptionist are very accomodating and nice! I commend them trying to speak in english even they are not 100% fluent. I even was able to order from amazon and recieve it from reception; they also helped me call a taxi on my way to airport - location was good, a couple of min walk to the bus and train stations, and the tenjin underground mall - room was clean, they give you option upon check in on which days you would want to have your room cleaned (everyday or every few days) A few things to consider: - not a lot of space if you have large luggages (which i think is common for japanese hotels) - the serve same breakfast set every day, altho its a compleat meal (salad, bread, rice, curry, yogurt, hot/cold drinks) I had a wonderful stay and would come back on my next visit to fukuoka!

    The location is around 10 min walk from Tenjin minami station. You have to pass through inner roads just to get to the hotel. To be fair, the area is quiet. If you are not a fan of curry, you better not book in this hotel. They only have either bread or curry for breakfast as option so I would say you will really not get your money’s worth. It is not a buffet type of breakfast. But I definitely give plus point to the everyday effort for room cleaning plus the free bottle of water. Lastly, their staff are nice its just there were quite minor challenge with language.
