This villa has 3 apartments connected with inner stairs perfect for families and friends with their own private space to enjoy the views. The total area of 250 m² has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate a total up to 14 people. This villa offers outside kitchen with barbecue and roof covered patio with dinning table and chair. It has own private parking place for 3 cars. The nearest restaurant is just a few hundred meters from the villa, and the beach is only 400m away, ideal for children.

The location was very good – close to the mountains and the sea. The villa was a good deal with a fair price–quality ratio. We did have some problems with the drainage on the first floor, which smelled badly after the rain. But overall, it was okay. The villa had everything we wanted.However, for people with disabilities, it is not a good option, as the villa is on a steep slope.

We had the most amazing time at this holiday home in Croatia! The house itself was perfect – clean and with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was a highlight; we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
One of the best parts was the short 8-minute walk to the beach. It was incredibly convenient to have such easy access to the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
The location was ideal – close enough to local shops and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.
Overall, this was one of the best holiday experiences we've had. The combination of the beautiful house, the private pool, and the proximity to the beach made it a truly special getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Very friendly and helpful host. The house works well for 2 families who traveled together with a total of 11 prs. There is a lack of sunbeds by the pool when there are so many, also a little at the bottom with accessories in the kitchen when there are more than 6 prs.
