We had a very enjoyable stay in this well-equipped house. It is ideally situated just a short walk to the lake and also close to the cycle path in a lovely quiet area away from any busy roads. We hired bikes nearby for a few days and used them to cycle into Annecy town and also just to enjoy rides out around the area and to the supermarket. We enjoyed using the paddle board provided as well. As we had a few rainy days during our stay we appreciated the many games in the house and not to forget the hot tub!

This is a well kept and well equipped house in a great location, handy for the lake, the cycle path and the local shops. We had a really enjoyable stay and were glad of the proximity to the lake, as the weather was very hot most of the week. The owners, Jean-Noel and Catherine were also lovely and very helpful.

Had an amazing stay in this property. Everything you could possible need is there & the views are fantastic. The lake is a two minute walk away, a paddle board & snorkels are included for your use. The shops are a short bike ride away. I would advise booking bikes in advance if this is something you want as we didn't & the hire shop didn't have any left. One small thing, a fan for the second upstairs bedroom would have been good given the exceptional heat that we had. Would definitely recommend this house & we would love to visit again. Thanks.

Catherine and Jean Noel were great hosts. Great communication and welcoming on arrival to make sure we had everything we need. We stayed with our 1 year and 5 year old and it was great to be so close to the lake and bike paths for activities. Excellent location in Annecy.

Loved our stay at this glorious holiday chalet in such a great location so close to the lake. We came to Lake Annecy to paddle board & it was great that we could just walk to the lake with our boards straight from the chalet … loved that! The property was also in an idyllic spot with great views of the mountains. We are a family of 5 & the property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub & lazy evening BBQs out on the deck. We definitely recommend this chalet & would love to return again in the future.

I cannot recommend the home enough. The views across the lake were stunning- snow capped mountains. The property is clean and very comfortable with modern appliances. The proximity to the bike path is a plus as well. Check in was very easy and the owner was extremely gracious and responsive. Bottom line: excellent all around.

We have stayed in Sevrier many times, but this accommodation made our holiday the best one ever. The location, a stone’s throw away from both the bicycle path and the lake, makes it ideal. As far as the accommodation goes, there is nothing lacking .The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils and the WiFi is really fast. We were six adults and we never felt cramped at any time. There is only one thing to consider - the fridge/freezer is not adequate for a large household. We had extremely warm weather this year and as a result the fridge limited us in storing cool drinks. The freezer is merely an ice box which meant that shopping was required on a daily basis if you are catering in. (A small inconvenience which does not detract from the experience as there is a really good supermarket very close by) Thank you to both Catherine and Virginie for all your assistance before and during our stay. We will most certainly be back next year.

We spent a week at the end of July/beginning of August with our two young children (aged 6 and 7). Communication prior to arrival was very good, and Virginie met us at the agreed time to show us round. The villa was very well presented and equipped, and in a beautiful location. The cycle path runs very close to the house which we used a lot, and via that there was easy access to great beaches and restaurants. We also enjoyed barbecuing and eating out on the terrace several nights - there are two supermarkets close at hand (one walkable), and a great bakery also walkable to go and get breakfast. There was plenty to do for the children in the area, and we had a great time there. Our only minor grumble (and not really anything the owner could do anything about) was that the disco at the nearby campsite could be heard until 11:00pm. It wasn't at a level that kept anybody awake or was a major disturbance, but it would have been perfect to have have sat outside in the evening and enjoyed a little more peace. This certainly didn't spoil our experience of the villa or our holiday though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute chalet. Its not overlooked in summer. I imagine you can see the lake in the winter.,It's well equipped , clean and comfortable between the bike bike path & the lake. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a bakery, pizzeria, bikeshop.. so many activities close by. It's a very good location for an active holiday.

Maison tout à fait conforme à sa description et fidèle aux photos du site. On peut aller au lac à pied, la fabuleuse piste cyclable est à 100m, les commerces sont facilement accessible et tout ça, au calme dans un environnement champêtre. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la qualité de la literie, l'agencement et la décoration, le jardin très bien entretenu, la douche solaire .... Le site de paddle est à 2 pas, et les locations de vélo aussi. C'est une bonne adresse.

The house was beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was less than five minutes walk from the lake, so we could easily carry the canoe and paddle board to the lake edge. The rowing club access to the lake was lovely, amazing scenery and no problem using the pontoon. The cycle path was also 5 mins away with very safe cycling all around the area. Supermarkets easily accessible by bike as were places for drinks and ice creams. Eating out in the area was very expensive so we didn't do much of that. Overall a really fabulous family holiday (kids aged 11 and 13 loved it, as did we). Thank you so much, your descriptions were completely accurate and very helpful.

Maison spacieuse, proche de tout : du lac, des commerces, de la piste cyclable, du site de paddle. Elle est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et l'accueil remarquable. Rien à redire, tout est bien. La wifi marche bien, la TV aussi, le barbecue aussi ... bref aucune mauvaise surprise c'est tellement rare .... Nous reviendrons !!

We stayed for a week and found the house to be very comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay. The house was close to Sevrier and a few local shops there was also a good bike hire shop within walking distance which was great. The only downside was that if the weather was very warm the upstairs bedrooms got too warm at night, but we managed OK. We had a lovely holiday e drove over to Laclusaz one day and enjoyed with non stop water sports and mountain biking. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely chalet in a perfect location. The chalet felt quite new with clean modern furnishings and a nice big verandah to eat out on while you view the mountains. Great for the kids as it literally is a stones throw from the lake with swimming accessible via a pontoon . The cycle path is equally close which means you can dump the car and just use bikes - everything you need is minutes away by bike - beaches, restaurants, supermarket, boulangerie. It is a very peaceful location . Definitely a great place well equipped (and comfortable beds!) with great views . I have no hesitation in recommending it

My Family and I stayed at the property for 2 and a half weeks and had a wonderful experience from the word go. The owners were fantastic to deal with throughout the booking process and our stay. They also provided a local person to greet us when we arrived and answer any questions we had or help if required during our stay. We were very sad to leave.

Nous avons apprécié la villa. Elle est jolie et bien placée ! La piste cyclable est à 1min de la maison. Les commerces sont à 800m. Endroit calme. Le Jaccuzi était très bien pour se relaxer après les journées de randonnée, VTT... Maison propre, lits confortables, cuisine bien aménagée + Barbecue. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. La communication avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie de Virginie était top! Tous sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location !

Très beau gîte aménagé avec goût et très confortable, bien chauffé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment entre amis. Seul regret, le jacuzzi qui n'était pas accessible à cette période. Et sur le site, il parle de 3 salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et il n'y en a que deux ! Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Maison neuve, bien agencée avec 4 chambres. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes de toilette fournies, c'est presque un peu comme à l'hôtel. Le lac est à deux pas, et nous avons profité dela belle ville d'Annecy qui se situe à 10 minutes en voiture. Sur place on trouve tout ce qui faut : supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants. C'est une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, d'autant que l'accueil et le départ son faits par une conciergerie privée, c'est pratique et souple.
