APPARTEMENT SUR LES PISTES

The owner was very responsive from the moment of requesting the stay to the stay in Val Thorens. The apartment was cosy for our family of five, but very well equipped and clean. It is well situated close to supermarket and stores with ski-in and ski-out, very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great location, very clean. Small but tidy apartment, host was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Any more than 4 adults would be a tight squeeze. Would be good if the keys were in the lockbox for pickup so we didn’t have to go get them from up the hill.Would 100% recommend staying here. Will stay again!

The property we rented here is in an excellent location. It offers a true ski-in and ski-out convenience. This property does not provide bed linens or towels. You can bring them yourselves, or you can rent them from a local laundry shop called Loc Linge which is located in the other side of the town about 12 minutes walk away. The laundry shop's employees do not speak English. Fortunately the host of this property Mrs. Theresa Benoit was kind enough to help me call the shop to reserve linens and towels. In fact, I communicated with Mrs. Benoit often via Vrbo's website. She was very responsive and was helpful. The property is old. When we checked in, the light on the living room's ceiling was not working. It took a couple days to get Mr. Ludo to come to fix it. Mr. Ludo is the manager working at Sports 2000 ski shop near the bus station. I picked up the house keys from him when I checked in. The door knob on the entrance door was loose making it difficult to lock the door using the house key. I contacted Mr. Ludo for getting it repaired, but it was not completely fixed after the repair. The posting of this unit's info is not always accurate. It shows there is Spa Whirlpool. I checked with Mrs. Benoit and found out it does not have this facility. No internet is offered as the contract stated. You can buy it from one of the public WiFi links. But no one is reliable. I ended up buying a sim card. You will have to bring your own soaps and shampoos, plus buy toilet papers.

Very small appt but all ok, was not told to bring sheets (other appts always had clean folded sheets included) so creeped me out.. time and expense searching for sheets in shops.. overall ok appt.. great resort.
