Location!
Description tells that this room is designed for 4 people, but we live together and it was already pretty busy in the room. 4 ppl can only sleep there not more.

Holiday spoilt by silly things that like bedding and toilets that you can not fit in!!
Location of the Hotel was good for the Skiing and close to shops and restaurants.
Our Booking details showed that we "had bedding included" with our stay, however the Lady who served us said our paperwork was incorrect and pointed to a bedding rental shop. She had no care that we were left with no bedding and just turned to the next customer to serve. The room was basic but we expected that, one issue was there was No Shower wall clip so had to hold the shower over ourselves making showering difficult. The other issue was the toilet that was so small a 6 foot person will find it impossible to fit inside and close the door.

They say resort wifi can be accessed from the room. No, it cannot. The wifi does not consistently reach the room and you will he left wifi-less.
