Studio cosy à Val Thorens, idéal pour 3 pers., balcon sud-ouest, proche commerces et remontées mécaniques - FR-1-637-41

L’emplacement clairement, piste au pied de l’immeuble, à proximité des commerces, forfaits, resto/bar etc.. La vue et le grand balcon. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ceux qui, comme moi, passe leur temps sur les pistes. 🏂

Confort très limité, mal isolé, pas de volet, peu de chauffage.. Appartement idéal pour ceux qui passent leur temps sur les pistes.

Let's start with the good : The apartment is decently sized and in a good location. So it's relatively good value for money. Now let's move on to the bad stuff, in increasing order of irritation : 1. The ski locker can fit one snowboard or two pairs of skis, nothing more. This could be very inconvenient. 2. The kitchen has a false ceiling with a hole in the middle of it. I don't understand its intended purpose. We found it full of trash. 3. The latch on the balcony door doesn't work. The door slides open slightly letting in noise and cold air. I reported this when I first arrived. Nothing was done until I left. 4. The light went out in the bathroom on Monday evening. I reported the issue to the property management on Tuesday morning. By the time we left on Saturday, the issue wasn't fixed. The bathroom was pitch black and we had to use flashlights the whole time. The light fixtures are custom, so we couldn't try to fix them ourselves. Someone from 'Ma Cle' tried to help (after being surprised that were telling the truth) but we basically spent 5 days with an unlit bathroom. I short, I would avoid this property, and any property managed by the same company in the future.
