Our stone house is located on the east coast of the island of Paros, between Ambelas and Marpissa. The villa is independent and faces south east, it has a very beautiful sea view. The charming village of Naoussa is a 15-minute drive away.
From the beautiful terrace covered by a pergola, you have a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Naxos. The house has all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fridge, oven ...)
The 1000 m2 garden has a beautiful 12x4M swimming pool. The pool is not secure, it is mandatory that children can swim. It is maintained by qualified personnel throughout the period of use (from May to September).
You are only 1.5 km from the beaches of "Glyfades" and Tsoukalia. Access to the property is via a dirt road, so it is necessary to have a vehicle.

The house is in a small condominium of 7 independent dwellings with land between 1000 and 1500 m2.
The accommodation consists of a main house which can accommodate 4 people and a guest house for 2 people.
The main house is composed of a living room, a dining room and open kitchen, a mezzanine with a double bed of 140, a bathroom with shower and wc and a bedroom with double bed of 160 and cupboards.
The guest house has an independent entrance with 2 separate beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet and plenty of storage.
All windows overlook the terraces (100 m2) including 50 m2 covered with a pergola.
You have benches cemented in pure Greek style with adapted and custom cousins.
All rooms offer a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos.
The exterior walls are all in Paros stone with a thickness of 50 cm, which ensures a certain freshness in summer.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as in the guest house and there is a standing fan in the mezzanine.
This house is very easy to live in and you will be happy to spend a few days of vacation there.
cleaning will be done mid-week by the services of our moving woman who will be responsible for cleaning the house as well as the terraces, changing sheets and household linen.
