Villa Maria is a unique luxurious villa built in a chic and simple Cycladic style. It is located on the eastern part of the beautiful Greek island of Paros, just 1 km from the crystal blue waters of Tsoukalia beach, a popular hangout for Kite and wind surfers.
This dazzling 5 bedrooms, 3 bath villa is nested in a privately owned 5 acre estate, with countryside and sea views.
This lovely villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms of exceptional beauty.
Designed as a modern flat house, this luxury villa is a one level construction which becomes one with the surrounding settings. The main entrance leads directly to an open plan area featuring a stunning living room with a fireplace, the elegant dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all put together to ensure comfort and modern convenience.
The interiors are spacious with numerous openings that provide maximum exposure to natural sunlight. The traditional wood beam ceilings, wooden floors, stone arches and the rustic touch add charm and charisma to the villa.
All rooms are air conditioned with wooden floors and all lead to their own veranda, providing an open yet, private way to enjoy the amazing views of the pool and the spectacular blue of the sky and sea.
Just outside the kitchen is a spacious BBQ area covered by a wood beam pergola fitted with a built in couch and a large table inviting guests to fully unwind in pure tranquility. The villa also provides a shaded area for the parking of 2 cars.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s villa and her mom Lula was the quintessential Greek grandma- loving and adorable! They could NOT have been more accommodating or helpful and even drove 1/2 of the fam back to the port when I told her our car was full! The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean and felt like home with a nice pool and beautiful back deck/patio area. The location was very convenient in that it is located about a 12 minute drive to Naousa, the wonderful town in Paros with amazing shops and restaurants and the loveliest port! Pretty view from the villa of the water in the distance and it is close enough to the clay beach to walk or take a run. Super charming. Very homey. BEST HOSTS and the nicest people in the world! (Caveat- it’s great as long as you have a car, which we did. Dirt road and narrow driveway)

A wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and lovely property ! Maria was such a gracious host who's hospitality was so warm and welcoming. Her recommendations on things to see, do and local cuisine were so helpful. We enjoyed several delicious meals in the local Paros area. Yasou and many thanks Maria!

We stayed in a big group of eight people at Maria's Villa and I cannot even explain how beautiful the stay was. From the moment of check-in Maria arrange Our airport transfers. She is the most gracious host and Evan took us to the supermarket and help us bring everything back
The Villa is 10 minutes from town with the most beautiful restaurants, shopping, and food
The sunrise and sunsets of the Villa are magical. The pool is beautiful. We already planning another trip with family to stay at this beautiful Villa

Wow! The pictures of this Greek vila do not do it justice. Maria and her adorable mom met us at the property with a beautiful basket filled with fresh fruits , Greek treats , ice cream , waters and best of all wine which was so great after a long travel day. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable with plenty of room for a group of 9. We had everything we needed for our time there and it absolutely exceeded our expectations . Maria gave great local suggestions and was easy and quick to communicate with . Thank you Maria for making our trip so memorable .
