La ubicación con respecto a la playa .. la vivienda en si era bastante cómoda para 4 personas . No para 5 como me vendieron .
El lugar donde se estacionan los autos , dentro de los espacios entre el jardín no tiene caminos firmes y cuando llueve es un enchastre para subir o bajar del auto . Tampoco tienen buena iluminación esos espacios . Y las cañerías del baño toda la estadía tapada .. un desastre.

Inmerso en la exuberante selva donde se pueden ver pajaros e insectos propios de la zona.
Tiene un gallinero que temprano comiemzan a cantar los gallos eso a algunas personas podria molestar o despertar tempranamente en lo personal no fue nada incomodo pues estamos acostumbrados a los animales.
