Gostei da agilidade e eficiência na comunicação, desde a reserva até o check out. Nesse sentido, a minha avaliação é nota 10. Também avalio como excelentes: a facilidade de check in e check out, a conexão wi-fi, ar condicionado, cama e lençóis, a limpeza, etc. Além disso, amei todas as obras em mosaico, que pude visualizar (pois há muitas), principalmente as que estavam no quarto onde me hospedei.
